Do you know for sure that you are on your way to Heaven?
First you need to understand how much God loves you! God gave his only son so that you could be free from your sin and finally be reconciled to him. He held nothing back from you and I so that we could have a relationship with him once more. (John 3:16)
The Bible says that to be saved you must realize you are a sinner. What is a sin? It's anything you say, think, or
do that displeases God or breaks Gods commandments. the Bible also clearly states that all have sinned and
come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) Sin is what separates us from God and the reward for sin is death.
(Romans 6:23) This death is not speaking of a physical death. We all understand that we will all die a physical
death one day. This is actually talking about the second death, a spiritual death when we are cast into the Lake
of Fire, unable to enter Heaven and be with God because of our sin. The debt of sin must sadly be paid for
everyone... and there is nothing we ourselves can do to pay it.
Once you understand that you are a sinner in need of a savior and there is nothing we can do to save ourselves
the Bible says that you must believe that Jesus is the son of God and he died for us. (Romans 5:8)
If you believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God, that he lived a sinless life, and died on the cross for your sins
the Bible says there is only one last thing for you to do. It says that if you confess with you mouth your sins
before Jesus and believe in your heart that he was raised from the dead after dying for your sins, if you pray and
ask him to be your savior. the Bible says that you will be saved! It's that simple! There is no money needed to
pay or any special prayer needed to be said! You can speak your own words and simply ask him to forgive you of
your sins and become your savior!
If you have read this and accepted Jesus as your savior we would love to rejoice with you! Please contact us
about this great a joyous moment! If you have not accepted him, then please take some time to consider these
truths from Gods word.
